Six workers killed in Goa building collapse

 Six workers died, many were injured while some are feared trapped under the debris of an under-construction building in Canacona town, 60 km from here Saturday.

Police said a portion of a three-storeyed building, Ruby Residency located in the Chawdi ward of Canacona, collapsed.

"Bodies of six workers have been extracted. Over a dozen others were injured and sent to a PHC (public health centre). There were more than 25 people at the site when the accident happened," police said.
