The first guests on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 7 – Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt set thestage on fire.
The duo were here to promote their upcoming rom-com, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and to launch the song Saturday Saturday.
They started off by showcasing the trailer of song, which was sung by Indeep Bakshi and Punjabi rapper Badshah. The special number was choreographed by Ahmad Khan. Towards the end of the show, Varun and Alia finally got on to the stage to give a glimpse of Saturday Saturday live.
The song was an immediate hit. Varun and Alia introduced the party number with full josh. We even saw Karan Johar sitting at the judges’ panel dancing and mouthing the lyrics of the song. Guess he was itching to come on the dance floor and shake a leg. Drashti Dhami – the new host of JDJ was so impressed by Varun that she asked Jr Dhawan on a date. Wink…wink!
