Minister Clement to visit India, highlight strong economic ties

The Honourable Tony Clement, President of the Treasury Board, will be travelling to India from September 1 to 4, where he will visit New Delhi and Mumbai.

 

While in New Delhi, Minister Clement will speak to the Indian Institute of Public Administration and share best practices and lessons learned on enacting challenging public sector reforms with India’s Minister of Finance, the Honourable Arun Jaitley.

In Mumbai, he will attend round-table discussions on public service modernization and make a presentation to the Tata Institute of Social Sciences on public sector reform and the benefit of continued strong economic relationship between Canada and India.
