Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan’s wedding wasn’t just the most extravagant wedding ceremony Bollywood saw this year, it also became a hotbed of interesting incidents!

Salman Khan’s baby sister Arpita Khan tied the knot with her long time boyfriend Aayush Sharma in a lavish ceremony at Taj Falaknuma palace yesterday. The wedding was a beautiful fairy-tale affair and Salman Khan didn’t just play the perfect host to his guest, he even entertained them on a stage!

Salman took to the stage to sing and dance and as the DJ played Katrina‘s popular number Chikni Chameli he turned around to call Kat on stage to dance. A super shy Katrina tried hiding behind Karan Johar. On seeing that Salman continued, “Karan please come here, and bring Katrina Kaif on stage…”

When even that failed to get Kat on the stage, Salman struck his final blow by saying, “Ok fine, not Katrina Kaif. Katrina Kapoor, please come on stage!” By now Ms Kaif was pretty embarrassed but she joined Salman on stage.

Mr Khan decided to make jest about his break-up with Katrina and her current relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. He said, “Mai kya karoon… I gave you a chance to become Katrina Khan, but you chose to be ‘Katrina Kapoor’!”

That must certainly have left Katrina red-faced but considering it was all meant in jest and the healthy equation she shares with Salman, Katrina would have gotten over it!

Salman teasing Katrina by calling her Katrina Kapoor wasn’t the only time that put the Bang Bang actress in the spotlight. Reportedly at Arpita Khan’s chooda ceremony when the kalira fell on Katrina’s head (whoever’s head bride drops her kalira on is destined to marry next), then too she was left blushing!

With Salman’s comment and the kalira incident topped with industry gossip doing the rounds about Ranbir-Kat’s imminent marriage we are hoping to hear some great news soon!
