If you are looking for a job change, you may be glad of this survey which offers the top most questions that may be asked at interviews this year.

Online career site Glassdoor filtered through tens of thousands of interview reviews on the site, and has laid out some of the most common questions that candidates may have to answer, News.com.au reported.

Some of the top most interview questions for 2015 are:

  1. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
  2. Why are you interested in working for us?
  3. Where do you see yourself in five years? 10 years?
  4. Why do you want to leave your current company?
  5. Why was there a gap in your employment?
  6. What can you offer us that someone else cannot?
  7. Are you willing to relocate to travel?
  8. Tell me how you handled a difficult situation.
  9. Why should we hire you?
  10. Why are you looking for a new job?

Scott Dobroski, a Glassdoor career trends analyst said that it is always good if people were aware and prepared, and practicing answers to such questions out loud in front of a mirror, or seeking a close one’s advice was a better way to prepare and land the dream job.
