Trivikram Srinivas’ latest Telugu film has hit the screens and our reviewer, Subramanian Avi Harikumar  decided to help you find out if this movie is worth your money and time. So, here’s what he has to say…

S/O (Son of) Satyamurthy story revolves around Viraj Anand, played by Allu Arjun, son of the industrialist Satyamurthy (Prakash Raj). After his father’s death in a tragic accident and major loss in share market, Viraj is forced to sell his company and look for a new job. He lands in his friend’s company as wedding planner, where he meets Sameera played by Samantha Ruth Prabhu and sparks fly. But her father, a money minded fellow, refuses to marry her to Viraj, blaming Viraj’s father for cheating him by not delivering him the land that was promised to him. Soon we get to know that the property has been encroached by a dreaded goon. Viraj promises to get the papers from the don and deliver it to Sameera’s father. Will Viraj clear his father’s name and marry Sameera forms the crux of the story. Allu Arjun is the star of the film as he owns every frame with his charismatic presence.

Allu Arjun gives enough glimpse of his trademark dancing skills and emotes well in every situation. Samantha has done a remarkable job and adds humour to the proceedings. Adah Sharma has a decent enough role to play. Nithya Menon is nowhere to be seen yet. MS Narayana on his last film, makes you feel for the loss to Telugu cinema, by playing his part perfectly. How does the second half turn out to be?
