Veg Grilled Wraps

Lachcha paranthe filled with green and black olives, jalapenos, gherkins and rolled.

Ingredients
Green olives,chopped 4 teaspoons
 
Black olives,chopped 4 teaspoons
 
Pickled jalapenos,chopped as required
 
Pickled gherkins,chopped 4 teaspoon
 
Lachcha paranthas readymade 4
 
Pizza sauce 4 tablespoons
 
Crushed black peppercorns as required
 
Mixed herbs as required
 
Red chilli flakes as required
 
Salt to taste
 
Mozzarella cheese,grated 4 tablespoons
 
Fresh parsley,chopped 4 teaspoons
 
Tabasco sauce as required
 
Method
For each wrap, place a parantha on the worktop. Spread a tablespoon pizza sauce on top evenly. Sprinkle a teaspoon each of green olives and black olives, some jalapenos, one teaspoon gherkins on one half. 

Sprinkle crushed peppercorns, dried herbs, red chilli flakes, salt, one tablespoon cheese and one teaspoon parsley on top. Drizzle a little Tabasco sauce and fold the parantha into half moon shape.

Heat a griller, place the folded parantha on the griller, cover and grill till the grill marks appear on the paranthas. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
