Earlier it was reported that Kajol was going to do a comeback playing the lead role in Ram Madhvani’s next film.
However, due to financial clashes Kajol stepped out and it was believed that Madhuri Dixit was going to replace instead. Amidst all this confusion, now it is reported that it will Kareena Kapoor Khan who is going to be replacing Kajol’s role.
The film is an adaptation of Dutch TV series, ‘Penoza’ which is about a woman who is trying to protect her three children and to find out the murderer of her husband, hence she steps into the world of crime.
Recently, it was learnt that Kareena was not interested in working for any women-centric film and now she has liked the concept of the film and is going through the script. It will be interesting to find out if she acknowledges and is ready to work on this one.
